Meet the Founder
Shannon’s journey in hospitality began at just 12 years old, working as a dishwasher and learning the industry from the inside out. Over the next twenty years, that grit evolved into a deep-rooted expertise in elite service and the art of human connection through events.
From managing high-energy neighborhood bars to orchestrating seamless experiences for renowned boutique hotels and exclusive country clubs, she has shaped luxury events in some of the country’s most prestigious destinations. From the vibrant coastal resorts of Avalon and Stone Harbor, New Jersey, to the high-end mountain venues of Aspen, Colorado.
